You have just had a hair transplant in our Clinic and we thank you for your trust.

In order to guarantee you an optimal result, please take note of these recommendations :

During the first week:

  • Sleep on your back.
  • Use the banner we have provided for you.
  • Do not smoke (nicotine can destroy grafts).
  • Avoid alcohol consumption and sexual intercourse (blood damage promotes poor scarring of grafts).
  • Avoid dusty places
  • Avoid head impacts (be careful not to hit your head when you get into a car, for example).

During the first week and for a period of 1 month:

  • No sporting activities (this includes yoga, water activities, fitness).
  • Do not expose yourself to the sun (when you have to go out, use the hat we have provided to protect your head from ultraviolet rays).

During the first week and for a period of 6 months:

  • When you go to the hairdresser, do not use a clipper or razor blade, but only scissors.
  • No coloring of your hair.

When will your hair start to grow back?

The donor area (area from which the grafts were removed), the hair regains its density between 2 and 6 weeks.

The grafted area sees hair grow after the third month following the operation.

After 6 months, you will reach 70% of the shoot and 100% after 12 months. It may take up to 18 months to get the final result of the hair transplant.

Will there be scars after the operation?

You will not keep any scars after the operation in your donor area. The redness apparent in the donor area will disappear after 15 days (this is one of the advantages of FUE technique).

How can I protect myself from losing my remaining hair?

There are many techniques to slow hair loss, but few have proven to be scientifically effective.

For example, minoxidil is an effective product but one that you will depend on all your life. By stopping its use, you will lose your hair again.

The best guarantee is the hair transplant with supplements, taking vitamins during the first year to strengthen the hair, PRP injections, and taking Biotin.
